This panel will feature Robert Hoyt (General Counsel for the Treasury Department under Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson).
Our second panel, The Present: The Ethics of Government Bailouts of Private Industry in a Free Market System, will assess the ethics underlying the government bailout response to the financial crisis and appraise the transparency of the government’s actions.
